I was a little skeptical about this coffee shop, not gonna lie. Now you can’t get me out of their drive through! I love their rewards program and have recommended to all my coworkers that also live in Ankeny. I love their brew lagoon, blondie and sweet and salty! My youngest has to have their fizzy drinks. They also have smoothies that are as delicious as their coffee.

My favorite coffee! It is so good and there are many ways you can customize the drinks with different dairy products, sweetness levels and different flavors. It is so delicious. Their energy drinks are also good, but I think their coffee is better. I've had a few of their other drinks as well and they are also very good. The staff is always friendly and hardworking. The line can be long, but it generally goes pretty quickly and I've never had them mess up an order. Highly recommend!

I come in every time Im in town and I always have a great experience but the last experience I told him I wanted him to surprise me and he went all out and was so excited! It was a great drink and would definitely get it again. All the kids that work there do such a great job even if the weather is bad they still are so friendly. You can tell they work hard to get you though fast.

My new favorite place to get coffee! The line can sometimes be long, but the employees are efficient and the line moves fast. They are also always friendly! The drinks are very customizable with lots of options, even for non-coffee drinkers.

As of 12/04/24, I am still loving 7Brew in Ankeny, Iowa. They're the best coffee spot around! Everyone is extremely personable & very friendly and they even go to all vehicles to get your order, no matter if its very cold, snowing, raining , hot or even when its beautiful outside and the sun is shining! I truly enjoy going there every day (sometimes more than once a day). If you haven't tried them, you're in for a treat when you do. I started getting my drink (large Toasted Coconut Chiller w/extra whip). There's 4 shots of espresso, whole milk, toasted marshmallow syrup, coconut syrup blended with ice for a frappe texture, and they top it with triple whip 4me! Awesome drink! I've been here enough times to get a "FREE" drink, and I'm almost halfway to getting my 2nd "FREE" drink. After you buy 10 drinks, the next one is "FREE," and it doesn't matter if you get a large, extra shots of espresso, etc., you still get it "FREE"! Make sure when you go, to have them sign you up for Rewards. They take your mobile number and that's what you give them anytime you order your drink. I've been extremely impressed by this place. The music is always pumping, getting you in a happy mood as soon as you drive into line (at least, I get happy when I hear the music LOL). Everyone who works here, that I have met so far, has been extremely personable and very kind. They make you feel like you've been going there for year's (even though the place just recently opened in Ankeny). The prices are actually pretty good, compared to Starbucks and/or Duncan Donuts. They are also very efficient. Hands down, they are better than Starbucks and Duncan Donuts, etc. Drinks are much better and the prices are much better!!! My son even likes them better than Starbucks! He had gone to Starbucks and got himself a medium latte with oat milk and honey and 5 shots. It cost him over 9 for 1 drink. I called him and let him know that I was stopping to get a coffee from 7Brew, would he like one, so I got him a medium iced latte, oat milk and honey with 5 shots and got myself a large Toasted Coconut Chiller with Whipped Cream (delicious) and both cost 11.00 which is way cheaper than Starbucks!!! My son really liked the drink. He said it tasted like the latte that he used to get every day in AZ. He said the honey they use is really good. My son and I now get our drinks at 7 Brew Coffee! Update as of 08/29/2023, I still go to get my coffee from here every day, and they're just as fantastic as they were the first day I stopped to get myself a drink! There are so many special people here, and it makes me really happy to see them every day! If their Chiller happens to not be working and if you don't like the hand blended chiller, they will replace your drink or will give you a free drink when the Chiller is back up and running. They found out that it was my birthday and they made sure to give me my favorite drink, free of charge, of course! Everyone is great at the location in Ankeny, including the manager, Jake! Make sure to give 7Brew a try. You definitely won't be disappointed!

Iced coffee I ordered was a very good price for what I got. It was well made but a little too sweet for me, but that's a me problem and I will order it a little differently the next time. It was my first time there. Went through the drive through and the 2 girls who waited on me were sooo incredibly nice and my coffee was made so incredibly fast!! I will definitely stop again

This was our first time through a 7 Brew. We weren't really sure what to expect but could see that it's just a drive-thru. The lines were long but we joined the queue anyway because we were in dire need of caffeine for a road trip. They had two lanes going--with attendants outside at each one. One person would take your order and payment while the next would get the drinks ready. It's a pretty efficient system. The coffee was pretty good! I got one of their signature drinks with only a quarter of sweetness, and my hubs got a cold brew. Neither was bitter, and both were full of flavor. We also got pup cups for our 3 dogs, which the staff gave plenty of attention to. We prefer to support mom and pop shops, but this is one chain we'd consider stopping at if needed.
